Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and liaise with both internal and external bus fleets to ensure safe and punctual delivery of daily transport services for staff and/or student

  • Prepare daily transition and shuttle service schedule and ensure transport services are provided in accordance to timetables

  • Report to supervisor on any transport occurrences and/or concerns regarding health, safety and security issues

  • Plan and manage the effective maintenance of internal bus fleets

  • Ensure scheduled facilities maintenance works are carried out timely

  • Attend to enquires and feedbacks from customers

  • Provide support and ensure readiness of School wide events and activities

  • Responsible for end-to-end management of procurement, payment and administration processes in compliance with relevant policies

  • Any other responsibilities as and when required by the department

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level / Diploma in any fields
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with detail orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team
  • Desire to learn about Autism and possess the passion to serve the special needs community
