Corporate Membership shall be open to any company or association or body of persons, corporate or unincorporated. They shall be known as Corporate Members. The highest-ranking individual in the company, association or body of persons or his designate shall be the representative of the Corporate Member. The representative or his appointed designate shall have the right to vote and the right to hold office in ARC(S) on behalf of the Corporate Member.
