Key Offerings
Training Services
ARC Learning Academy is the largest provider of autism training programmes in Singapore and the region. Since its inception in the Year 2000, more than 20,000 training opportunities have been taken up by autism communities both locally and overseas.
Workshops, seminars, and conferences featuring overseas, and local presenters are organised regularly to raise autism expertise in Singapore to a world-class standard. Its signature Autism Best Practices Conferences and Autism Certification programmes are highly subscribed due to the quality of the content and delivery.
ARC Learning Academy has been successfully selected by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE) to train MOE Allied Educators (formerly known as Special Needs Officers) to effectively support students with autism in mainstream schools. MOE also regularly sends educational professionals from Singapore Special Schools to participate in ARC(S)’s autism certification courses annually.
In addition, the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) has also identified ARC Learning Academy autism certification as required training for teachers in Autism Early Intervention Programmes in Singapore.
ARC Learning Academy aims to make significant contributions towards improving positive learning outcomes for professionals and caregivers as well as students/individuals with autism through a variety of specialist autism training programmes and services. Workshops can be customised to suit the needs of your group or organisation, whether in early intervention, special education, mainstream school environments (primary to tertiary), employers or other organisations and partners keen to enskill staff members.
Consultancy Services
ARC(S) AITC consultants have been offering strategic advice to teaching teams, schools, government and non-government organisations since 2000.
A variety of consultancy services including installation of autism programme packages, training and coaching teachers and professionals in technical competencies, curriculum development and implementation as well as human resource services and school operations are delivered by a team of highly qualified, experienced and ‘hands-on’ consultants.
The key focus of our consultancy programmes is on achieving practical outcomes that directly affect key members of the autism community – namely the individuals with autism, their carers and the professional team. Our work is often strategic but always underpinned by practical pathways to achieve the best long-term outcomes for our clients.
Consultant packages can be customised to suit the needs of your group or organisation, whether in early intervention, special school or mainstream educational environments.
