The Enabling Village was officially opened by Prime Minister Mr Lee Hsien Loong on 2 December 2015.

 The Enabling Village is a new initiative led by SG Enable, and the Ministry of Social and Family Development, to provide community services and training & employment opportunities for people with special needs.  ARC(S), through our job centre, Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) has taken up 1.5 blocks at the Enabling Village to provide training, job placement and customised employment services, as well as promote special art talent at The Art Faculty through artworks and merchandise.
